"Yeast Energizer" is a proprietary blend of DAP (diammonium phosphate), yeast hulls, magnesium sulphite, and essential vitamins and minerals used to boost sluggish or stuck fermentations. The yeast energizer is strongly recommended for low nutrient washes (like sugar or honey washes).
