The ErtelAlsop domed filter housings consists of a highly polished filter housing with sanitary fittings, vent connection and no internal threads. This model is provided in 316L stainless steel as standard and allows for easy cleaning after complete disassembly.
Since Pak Filter cartridges are comprised of the same filter media used in Filter Press filtration, existing process specifications can easily be translated from Filter Press to lenticular filter cartridge format. This provides a totally enclosed, operator friendly depth filtration system.
The ErtelAlsop Pak cartridge design also allows for quick change out times, so down time is minimal as compared to other means of filtration. In addition, the simple quarter-turn lock, and static core structure of the ErtelAlsop filter cartridge eliminates the concerns of misalignment or sealing between flat gasket cartridge style systems.
With its totally enclosed design, Lenticular Filter Housings are the perfect alternative to the Filter Press filter press.
