Neutral Protease
Protezyme NL0.8 operates effectively under the following conditions:
Product: Neutral Protease
Temp: 30-80 degrees C(86-176 F), but is most effective above 68 C(155 F)
pH: 5.5-9.0, most effective between 6.5 and 7.5
Dosage: 15-150 ml of Alphazyme/100 lbs of grain is sufficient. Higher levels will reduce overall fermentation time
