D123 yeast is fairly neutral, producing slightly fruity esters, especially in corn & sugar based spirits (moonshines). Will also ferment most grains. Requires additional distillers yeast nutrients to ferment very high Gravity (VHG) washes.

D018 yeast strain is fairly neutral for fermenting most grains, sugars, and fruit concentrates. Requires additional distillers yeast nutrient complex to ferment very high gravity (VHG) washes.
NGS HIGH ALCOHOL SUGAR YEAST
D802 yeast is very neutral, especially in pure sucrose or glucose fermentations. Will also ferment light molasses & malt beverage bases. Requires additional distillers yeast nutrients to ferment very high gravity (VHG) washes.
NGS WHEAT YEAST
D154 yeast strain produces light cereal grain notes, especially in wheat based neutral grain spirits. Will also ferment most other grains, sorghum, starches & complex sugar syrups.
