Description:
Dried, cut, and sifted pieces of Spanish orange peel. Cut size is approximately 1/4 inch (5mm). Spanish orange peel is not as deep orange in color, nor as sweet, as California orange peel, but is brighter and more complex in flavor due to presence of more pith. Spanish orange peel is generally the preferred orange peel for tea blending and for flavoring the wort of Belgian Witbier (white beer).
